Job Summary

The Regional International Sales Manager (RISM) will manage and oversee the success of the Dymatize brand in defined International markets. Working directly with distributors and decision makers that manage our brand, the RISM must prioritize business against a global strategy, develop and execute plans to meet sales goals for each country. It is the responsibility of the RISM to evaluate, select and maintain the right business partners and distributors for each market that maximizes sales and coverage.

Essential Functions

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to deliver company objectives

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly & annual sales forecasts for volume, revenue & trade

  • Conduct market visits and attend trade shows & events where necessary

  • Plan quarterly meetings with distributor partners to discuss & align annual plans (at Dymatize HQ & International offices)

  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements

  • Present new item initiatives and ensure timely execution in market to include any education and training required for a successful launch

  • Work closely with the International Document Specialist to ensure accurate and timely delivery of documents

  • Track and Maintain Customer Registrations by country, understand and prioritize all certificates (Free Sale, Health Certs) needed to keep business running and growing

  • Work effectively with other departments such as Marketing, R&D and Operations to manage and facilitate all aspects of advancing the business and delivering objectives

  • Analyze and Understand the Competitive landscape (Products, Pricing & Practices) in each market so we are positioned equitably and are set up for success

Job Requirements and Qualifications

  • Strong customer service, interpersonal and communications skills (written and verbal), can present to large groups effectively

  • Solid management & negotiation skills. Knows how to “steer the ship” to deliver the right outcome, balancing customer needs while delivering objectives

  • Sharp analytical skills. Has ability analyze data and find the right solutions

  • Must have strong time management and organizational practices

  • Basic understanding of social media platforms, how they are leveraged for brand building/ market awareness

  • Team player, works well under pressure

  • Personal professionalism, shows respect for their peers and the customer

  • Innovative and creative in approaching accounts and expanding business

  • Protect company's value by maintaining high standards of brand identity, confidentiality, and integrity


· Graduate degree in Business preferred but not required

Training Requirements (licenses, programs, or certificates)

· Valid Passport

Knowledge Requirements (software programs, equipment, etc.)

  • Knowledge of CRM software and Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite


· Prior sales manager experience in Sports Nutrition is required. International sales experience is preferred but not required

Other Information

· Travel required Up to 40%; Minimum of 1 International visit per quarter
