Post Holdings Precooked Lead (2nd Shift; 1:45PM - 10:30PM) in Gaylord, Minnesota

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

  1. Ability to perform all jobs in the area; oven operation, mixing, line work, doboy, robot, and forklift.

  2. Knowledge of product standards.

  3. Monitor product and standards and make changes to operation to ensure product is being produced with the highest possible quality.

  4. Supervise and advise all employees in the completion of any task.

  5. Disassembly/Assembly of all equipment.

  6. Perform CIP's and Sanitation of equipment as required.

  7. Detect and correct GMP/Safety violations.

  8. Oversee Mix person and time lines.

  9. Problem solving

  10. Minor Maintenance work.

  11. Act upon employee issues.

  12. Adhere to safe work practices, follow GMP’s, maintain sanitary conditions and ensure that product quality is maintained. Report to management any conditions or practices that may adversely affect food safety, food quality or personnel safety.

  13. Responsible for Food Safety and Food Quality of MFI products.

  14. Adhere to all safety polices and procedures

  15. May fill in for Area Supervisor, as needed.

  16. Perform other duties as assigned.
