Post Holdings Business Leadership Group Specialist - Lakeville, MN in Lakeville, Minnesota

The BLG Specialist reports to a BLG Director and will support the entire Business Leadership Group (BLG) and will be a key participant in commercialization and rationalization projects for our Branded and Private Label businesses. This includes aligning with cross-functional teams to manage the development, execution and communication of these projects.

Job Duties:

  • Work closely with the Create Business Process Manager, develop and execute a training and implementation plant on the commercialization process.

  • Lead cross functional teams to coordinate completion of new item creation to reach milestones for each business

  • Create reporting and tracking of new item creation status

  • Manage the discontinuation process for all SKU’s.

  • Participate in cross functional teams related to scale events, branding updates, etc.

  • Oversee company-wide projects that involve multiple technologies. e.g.: tracking SKU counts across the entire business, coordinate packaging write offs, etc.

  • Support additional Private Label business from Post Consumer Brands and Weetabix.

  • Coordinate creation and distribution of sales samples for Private Label customers.

  • Assist in the development of sales materials/specification sheets at the direction of the Asset Director or Business Development Director.

  • Additional duties as assigned

Job Complexity:

  • Regular contact with Business Leadership Group Directors and Managers and Cross Functional Managers

  • Supporting multiple Directors with competing priorities

  • Dynamic environment that is in a constant state of change

Minimum Requirements:

  • Education: College degree is required

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in business or marketing

Required Skills:

Self-starter with the desire to create solutions. Extremely well organized and able to prioritize multiple projects and requests simultaneously. Excellent qualitative and quantitative skills along with strong attention to detail. Strong project management skills, including developing timelines and meeting deadlines. Able to anticipate issues/opportunities and provide solutions.

Working Conditions:

This position is based in Lakeville, MN, and may include < 5% travel.
