Post Holdings Shopper Marketing Communications Associate - Lakeville in Lakeville, Minnesota

Post Consumer Brands is hiring a Shopper Marketing Communications Associate to support brand building programs at key retailer accounts. The purpose of this role is to execute the day-to-day execution of Shopper Marketing programs, as directed by the Shopper Marketing team. These programs can include both in-store and online tactics. Candidate should have a familiarity with consumer purchase behavior.

Candidate must be comfortable working with cross-functional teams in brand marketing, shopper marketing, sales and consumer insights and externally, with partners and agencies on concurrent projects. Candidate needs to be driven with a high bias for action.


  • Collaborate with brand, sales/customers, and agencies to integrate shopper efforts with other activation types

  • Work directly with agencies, 3rd party vendor relationships, and strategic partnerships to flawlessly execute approved programs

  • Communicate shopper programming plans and impact, primarily via program sell in with customers, integrated marketing calendars, and post program reporting

  • Flawlessly execute shopper programs, including measuring and analyzing program effectiveness

  • Maintain several budgets to ensure cross functional alignment


Education: BA required

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience, Marketing, Brand or Retailer preferred

  • Prior experience with 3rd party providers, including Kroger 84.51, Quotient, Inmar, Ibotta, Catalina, and the News America suite is a plus


  • Work Structure: Reports to and takes work direction from the Shopper Marketing Manager.

  • Internal: Contact with numerous functional areas in corporate office

  • External: Primary external contact is with retailer and third party vendors.
